Our host hotel this year is Renaissance Dallas Addison.

We are currently prioritizing ticket holders for room reservations. After purchasing a conference ticket, you’ll get an email with our discounted room link. The rate is $169 per night. Our room block closes October 14, 2024. Make sure you book your room before then, after October 14th, you will have to book your room at regular market price.
Our ballrooms and meeting space are conveniently located on the ground floor. Our opening party on Friday is at Side Car Social which is within walking distance from the host hotel.
